It has the functions of anti platelet aggregation, anti-oxidation, inhibiting the formation of arachidonic acid and its metabolites and tumor chemoprevention
Soybean extract has obvious analgesic effect, and the effect is close to that of aspirin. Safety
Soy isoflavones are very safe in a wide range of consumption. A small number of people who are allergic to soy should avoid soy products. The consumption of soy isoflavones did not cause any significant side effects except for mild gastrointestinal discomfort (stomach distention, flatulence). High dose intake of concentrated isoflavone extract, even up to 300mg per day, is very safe (the estimated dose includes the daily diet of ordinary Japanese). The long-term effects of pure isoflavone supplements are still unknown, but their potential proestrogenic effects may appear when taking large doses of isoflavones. It is prudent to keep the total intake of isoflavones close to that in the daily diet
